Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Entertaining, but a little repetitive   September 3, 2008
Bruce MacMillan (Toronto, Ontario Canada)
While we got hooked onto Magic Tree House from a restaurant giveaway, our 3 year old son's reaction to it led us to acquire many more of the books/volumes. In fact, his love of these stories brought me to Amazon today to search for more similar children's works. My only criticism is that the stories tend to be a little repetitive, but I suppose that this repetition is probably appreciated by the younger audience and is probably a common literary device which I'm not that familiar with... In this volumne Jack and Annie undertake to find four books for Morgan and the Camelot library meeting the usual assortment of helpful historical figures while learning a bit about how our civilization has evolved.

The single star review definitely does these books a disservice and I would go so far to suggest should be removed.

5 out of 5 stars Great series   March 21, 2007

This is a great series...and it says right in the description it is a cassette audiobook. Its really awful someone would give this a bad review for any reason. A lot of audiobooks are still on cassette.. unfortunate but true.
