Amazon.com Review Inspirational yet honest, and always rhythmically rollicking, Oh, the Places You'll Go! is a perfect sendoff for children, 1 to 100, entering any new phase of their lives. Kindergartners, graduate students, newlyweds, newly employeds--all will glean shiny pearls of wisdom about the big, bountiful future. The incomparable Dr. Seuss rejoices in the potential everyone has to fulfill their wildest dreams: "You'll be on your way up! / You'll be seeing great sights! / You'll join the high fliers / who soar to high heights." At the same time, he won't delude the starry-eyed upstart about the pitfalls of life: "You can get all hung up / in a prickle-ly perch. / And your gang will fly on. / You'll be left in a Lurch." But fear not! Dr. Seuss, with his inimitable illustrations and exhilarating rhymes, is convinced ("98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed") that success is imminent. As long as you remember "to be dexterous and deft. And NEVER mix up your right foot with your left," things should work out. (All ages) --Emilie Coulter

Great book! August 30, 2010 mudvil9 This was recommended by my girlfriend. Great book for all ages, and would be a great gift for high school or even college graduations.
My Review August 11, 2010 mcfelshaw Amazing book! It even came sooner than I thought it would and it came in good condition as promised. A good book for people you know going out into the real world.
Loved it! August 2, 2010 Donald F. Walker (Trenton, GA USA) This book is classic Dr. Seuss that we read to our children 25 years ago and now give copies of it to most of the kids we know that turn 4 or 5 years old. It is a fun book to read to children and then for them to learn to read! And it is at a great price.
Love this book! July 29, 2010 D. Francis (UK) Bought it as a christening gift for my Godson. Thought it was a bit expensive at first but it's beautifully presented so well worth it.
awesome choice July 26, 2010 Dar My daughter recieved this book as a graduation gift and while reading it, I would laugh at the way it's written, obviously a Dr. Suess book, it also brought tears to my eyes in how true it is as young adults move from high school on to the next chapter in their lives. I had to turn around and purchase some to give as gifts also. I think it is the perfect gift for a high school graduate.
