six by suess June 8, 2010 Tara L. Wallace great book for all kids. read these stories when I was little and now I share them with my daughter. no matter how old this book gets it has the best suess classics.
LOVE IT! May 25, 2010 JJ (Arizona) Always a fan of Dr. Seuss. My son loves the stories. He is only 7 months, but will sit through an entire story.
Wonderful Buy! Great for read for children and adults! March 13, 2010 Melody Williams (SC, USA) "Six by Seuss" was a fantastic buy. I am a teacher, and the stories in this book present a fun way to teach life lessons. "The Lorax" opens up possible discussion about environmental responsibility. "Yertal the Turtle" shows an example of a bad leader, and how far is too far. "Hortan and the Egg" teaches faithfulness and sticking to your word. Those are just three of the eight stories (three of them are short stories), but each one shows important principles for children to learn while presented in a fun and creative way! It helps open up discussion, but can also simply be read aloud for rhyming meter and repetitive diction.
Six By Seuss February 1, 2010 Priscilla Kimball (Milwaukie, OR United States) This book was a Christmas gift for a Great Niece. She's almost 5 years old and loves the book. It is very well made and has some of Dr. Seuss's best stories in it. Very well worth the price.
