Nous avons lu ce titre lors la semaine de Dr. Seus. Bravo pour la traduction mais il faut retravailler le rime et le son du text... helas nous ne sommes pas parfait...

It is a great idea to have these books in French and English. The only problem is that some of the charm of Dr.Seuss is lost in this exact translation. The rhyme rarely translates from French to English. Other than that, the book is very well done and the words are exact so it is a good learning tool.

I've always enjoyed "The Cat in the Hat". I wanted to share it with my friends' children who speak English & French. I thought that they would appreciate how it rhymes in English and not in French. I was correct - they love the rhyme! I also sent them "Good Night Moon" in English & French. They hear & mimic the rhyme for that story too.
