Great Book July 23, 2008 Mrs. Mom I read this for my 6 month infant and the first time, she fell asleep. I like the Dr. Seus rhymes...They're very soothing and as another review I read before mentions, very easy to read to a young baby..Even for parents who feel awkward reading. I would recommend the book for young children.
A good night read July 1, 2008 ruckerlady (USA) that gets the kids closer to sleep. If everyone else in the world is going to bed, then they might also. Dr. Suess is a wonderful writer & teacher. His books are No. 1.
If you want your child to fall sleep buy this book! May 5, 2008 S. Conrad (USA) I had never heard of this book from Dr. Zuess and I love it!!!!! It is the best sleep book. My son falls sleep half way through this book every time. Fun to read!
Perfect bedtime reading April 5, 2008 S. Dunnagan (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased Dr. Seuss's Sleep Book to read to my grandchildren, ages 3 and 5. It's just perfect for bedtime when we are all 3 in the big bed and Nana just keeps yawning as she reads. They love it. And what's not to love about it? The characters are charming and the illustrations delightful. We all love it.
A Sleep Book That Doesn't put Parents to Sleep February 17, 2008 James Johnson (Washington DC) One of my favorites as a kid `The Sleep Book' definitely holds up. My daughter is two so she is a little young for it but the pictures are great and it's easy to truncate the pages by just reading the first two or three lines. I'm very excited about adding to it as she gets older. This will be a family favorite for a long time.
